- To treat halitosis, chew on fresh parsley
- Mix water with a drop of oregano oil in and drink it.
- For better breath chew on mint leaves
- Gargle baking soda in water.
- Drink a hot cup of green tea. You should notice the change immediately.
- Chew on sunflower seeds and then wash your mouth with water.
- Mix a half of lemon juice with lukewarm water and wash your mouth with it.
- Use baking soda as a tooth paste.
- Chamomile tea is as good as the green tea. Just drink it while it's hot.
- Gargle salty water if you didn't like the baking soda advice.
